mail call!

Nothing makes me smile more than a great mail day! Granted, I hadn't walked out to the mailbox since Friday because I'd been ill, but I will still count it as one day. The goodies included:

• My first issue of my FREE subscription to Ready Made. I'm loving this magazine!
• A $5 Starbucks gift card I won from Hooray for Free-bates!
• A sample of Frizz Ease. My mane desperately needs taming. I haven't found anything that works without weighing my hair down.
• A free Advance Reader copy of a book for my stepdaughter.
• A replacement pack of Trading Card Protector Pages. I bought some on clearance recently at Wally World, and had issues with one pack being slightly defective. I wrote them an email, to which they responded and sent me a whole new pack. I've learned recently it really does pay to (politely!) complain. Compliments are well received also, and most times rewarded with coupons.
  

Of course, I did have to get one crap thing in the mail. That would be our electric bill. They had accidentally credited it an incorrect amount so now we owe double. Thanksalotjerks.
