So this week I'm supposed to be on a VERY strict budget. Like, swallowing-pride-and-borrowing-money-from-the-in-laws type budget. But then I got the email for the Interweave Press Hurt Book Sale. 50%-75% BOOKS?!?!?! I scurried to the site at work. I didn't even try to hide what I was looking at instead of working. I scored The Dyer's Companion, Spin it, and The Twisted Sisters Sock Workbook. It was under $23 including shipping!!!

I was bad, but I could have been worse. Right?!!?

After dropping thousands of dollars on textbooks in college, books were one thing I swore I would never again feel guilty about buying. Besides, you got some good ones...I LOVE the Twisted Sisters book!

Ha, I missed out on Nancy Bush's Knitting Vintage socks. I'm not too proud to buy a "hurt" book. Maybe next time for me.

Don't feel too bad. Those prices are too good to pass up.

You are an enabler. I can't wait til my scarf style & my herbs book comes in. Twisted sister's is a great reference book for sock knitting! I probably use that book most of all.
